You must have the appropriate licences and roles to use the Enquiries module.
Use of the Enquiries module is controlled by the EBS4EnquiriesClient licence.
Note: The EBS4ApplicClient licence must also be enabled in conjunction with the EBS4EnquiriesClient licence to access the Enquiries module.
